Emy's Famous Fried Chicken

A very popular dish at my sister's house. Loved by all. There is no exact measurement for the ingredients. Add according to preference.


Emy's Famous Fried Chicken
chicken wings
barbeque sauce
dried basil
dried mixed herbs
dried oregano
light soy sauce
dark soy sauce
white pepper
black pepper
salt

Mix all the ingredients together. Make sure the chicken wings are well coated. Leave the wings to marinade preferably overnight in the fridge. Otherwise, marinade it for at least half an hour.

Heat enough oil for deep frying in a wok. When oil is hot, deep-fry the chicken wings until golden brown and crispy. Drain on paper towel and serve.
