Corned Beef with Potaotes
Corned Beef with Potaotes
1 can corned beef
1/2 onion
2 small potatoes
5 sprigs flat-leaved parsley
2 tbsp oil

Cut potatoes into cubes and fry in oil until golden brown. Set aside.

Heat oil and saute corned beef until soft. Add sliced onion, and fried potatoes. When onions are soft, add chopped parsley. Give a good stir and serve.
