Fried Burger with Potatoes
Fried Burger with Potatoes
1 Ramly burger
2 medium-sized potatoes
2 spring onions
1 sprig of thyme
black pepper
salt

Boil potatoes in salted water until tender. Drain and let it cool first before cutting into bite-sized pieces. Set aside.

Break burger meat into small chunks. Heat pan and when pan is nice and hot, add burger meat. No need to add oil as burger meat will release its oil. Then add potatoes and thyme and fry until potatoes are golden brown and burger meat is cooked. Add spring onions and season with salt and black pepper. Serve.
