Scramble Eggs with Beef Bacon
4 medium-sized eggs
1/4 cup milk
2 slices cheddar cheese
1 slice beef bacon
1 spring onion
salt

Cut beef bacon into small pieces. Heat oil and fry until golden brown. Set aside.

Beat eggs with milk and salt. Using the leftover oil from frying beef bacon, pour eggs into skillet and stir eggs. Add spring onion and beef bacon. Scramble the eggs and when eggs are set, remove from frying pan and serve.
